Return Policy

Purchases are non-refundable.

You can return your item(s) for an exchange, as long as they reach us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for local Singapore orders, or 14 calendar days of the delivery date for international orders. All return charges will be borne by customer.

We accept returns for items that are unused and unopened, so long as their tags are un remove and intact. 

Exclusions apply for certain promotional campaigns as well, please refer to their respective terms and conditions for the returns eligibility.

Online purchase exchange : 

• Items Exchange within 14 calendar days from date of purchase

• Drop us an email fdiary.sg@gmail.com and wait for a confirmation reply. 

• Please ensure that all packaging and tag is still intact.

For in-store purchases:

You can always exchange your item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Simply bring the item(s) and your receipt with you to the store and our staff will assist you.
